-
*.GFD4: the proprietary extension for X-PAD jobs. Every job is saved in a file with *.GFD4 extension.
-
*.GFD4_BAK: when opening a job, a copy is created automatically with *.GFD4_BAK extension. This file is created to offer a backup file for the main job file.
-
*.RAW: when closing a job, the RAW file is created with *.RAW extension; the RAW file is a text file reporting all essential data of the job: topographic points and measures. The RAW file can be used by third-party software to import data or to restore a GFD4 file.
-
<name of the job>_IMG: sketches linked to points or to the measurement fieldbook are saved in a sub-folder of the job folder. The name of the sub-folder is <name of the job>_IMG.
